1) Do you have rooms or apartments with kitchens?
We have both :only rooms in San Benedetto Farmholiday /rooms and apartments in Ulignano Farmholiday.

2) what time you arrive and at what time you leave the room?
Check-in time is preferably from 14 to 18.00 hours and check-out until 9.30 / 10.00 if you have other needs, please advise.

3) Breakfast is included in the price?
It is usually included in the room rate, for the apartment if not specified will be excluded! it provides cakes and homemade bread, yogurt, fruit juices, but also salty ham salami cheese and even eggs and bacon all buffet style.

4) You can stay only one night?
We do not accept bookings for 1 night only. Minimum two night stay.

5) You can dine on a restaurant farm?
Dinner is NOT mandatory and takes place in the restaurant in San Benedetto by appointment before 12.00 of the same day ... the menu was created by the inspiration of the chef ,therefore is useless to ask first the menu.

6) How much is dinner ?
The dinner includes a minimum of 4 courses and includes 3 wines and is based on regional recipes from Tuscany, which vary depending on the season and the vegetables present in the garden. It costs from € 30 until 45 € per adult .. reduction for children.

7) We make special menus?
We are able to satisfy the palate of celiacs and vegetarians just know first, preferably at the time of booking.

8) Each room has a private bathroom?
Yes, each unit has a private bathroom

9) Do you have air conditioning?
Only the Ciliegiolo room in Ulignano farmholiday has air conditioning (to be calculated more to the cost of the room.)the other rooms and apartments no air conditioning.

10) ) You have the tv?
Yes every room unit has television (No satellite TV)

11) ) It should bring the laundry?
No linen is included in the price

12) ) Do you have wi-fi?
Yes we have in both the farm. It is FREE

13) ) Do you have parking?
Yes Parking is free and nearby the two buildings.

14) ) Do you have a swimming pool?
At the moment there is only in San BENEDETTO farmholiday but it is open for all the guests all the guests.

15) Do you accept pets?
Yes preferably small-medium . It 's only expected to pay an amount for the costs of cleaning to be agreed during booking process

16) Do you have the heating?
Yes it is already calculated in the cost of the housing unit

17) Do you have rooms or apartments with a fireplace?
No we did not

18) Have suitable premises for people with disabilities?
Yes we have it on the ground floor of the farmhouse in Ulignano by Antonella

19) ) How do I pay?
Deposit to be agreed by bank transfer or postal order, and the rest at your departure preferably by cash.

We are located halfway between Siena (35 km) and Florence (KM40) Chianti Road km 25 km 25 Volterra San Gimignano km 8.
